Away With Unwanted Fats

The intake of the essential amino acid in the human body is the objectives of “ Proteins in the Atkins Diet.”  It is one program on diet encouraging concentration of protein input rather than any other food substance needed in our system.  Excess carbohydrate is taboo to protein-rich Atkins Diet.

The body system is built almost entirely from a composite of around 20 amino acids both essentials and non-essentials, otherwise known as Proteins.  The entire human body or every part of it needs amino acid.  Cells, tissues, fluids, tendons, muscles and all are made part with protein except the bile and urine fluids.  Protein is very much a part of child development and growth.

Let us talk about this substance, Amino Acid.  A big portion, around 13 amino acids can be produced itself by our body.  These are called non-essentials amino acid.  However, a missing percentage of this substance needs to be taken from the food we eat daily. These are the essential amino acids brought in from intake of animal meat, cereals, grains, nuts, and dairy products.

Staple foods such as wheat cereals, rice, and corn are good sources of organic proteins.  Right combination with nuts, dairy as milk, cheese or other sources make for a complete protein diet.  Sources of amino acid from animal meat, as pork, beef, some fish species, and poultry are high in cholesterol. These are foods that put high risk to peoples’ health, and very hazardous to the functions of the heart, kidney, lever, and blood glucose level.

The introduction of the Protein Atkins Diet Plan sometimes in 1972 embodies objectives promoted in weight loss programs wherein, low carbohydrates food intake is discouraged, but protein sources from animal meat is encouraged.  It initiates eating of animal meat where fat is more abundant and favored, in order to change the burning metabolism effect of fats and carbohydrates in the body.  In normal body function, carbohydrates are actually burned and used, even before fats are.

When food is digested the sugar or starch content of any carbohydrate turns it to glucose or blood sugar, the main fuel in our body, or energy giving substance.  However, in the Atkins Protein Diet Plan, proteins from animal meat emphasizes that burning more fats in the body rather than that of carbohydrates turns a shift in the burning metabolism that means, more ‘fats’ to be burned to transformed into fuel that helps in weight loss, reason why Proteins in Atkins Diet was introduced in 1972.

It asserts that it can maintain balance of the insulin hormone to maintain normal level blood sugar to non-diabetic, or near normal level of blood glucose to those already with diabetes.  It prevents the accumulation of useless fats destructive to the heart’s normal function.

There are recommended servings of protein diet of individuals based on age, health, and lifestyle one is indulged in.  To take around 3 counts of protein servings daily can cope with the essential amino acid needed by the body, to attain good health, and enjoy life happily.  Right combination of animal protein, fish, dairy, cereals, legumes, lentils and nuts should be well planned.

Proteins in the Atkins Diet promote to serve a particular group of people of some definite need. Health enthusiasts should take extra precaution before undergoing this program.  It is more of the Loss Weight Plan Program, rather than for general health advantage.
