Athletes, Go or Do Away With High Protein Diet

The key name of an Athlete is the kind of sports he indulged into.  He can be a game player in Baseball, Sucker, Martial Arts Expert, Boxer, Basketball Player, Body Builder, and Swimming competitor of National or International category or just anyone, from among numerous, so called, ‘sports enthusiasts.’ 

People exposed to such physical activities take diet into serious account, what or how much to take on certain times, and conditions during exercises.  They burned more calories, and exert more energy than anyone else around.

There are so many factors that go with developing osteoporosis in women.  If a weak gene is transmitted to someone to get into such situation, chances are High Protein intake could trigger developing the disease.  But for healthy people at the very start, no amount of protein intake could manifest a negative effect, for any surplus of the same will simply be eliminated and passed out in the urea.  It runs true with other Athletes, male or female.  Everything passes per individual differences in our biological makeup and birth, runs in the blood.  If we inherit healthy genes, we go thru life healthy, and vice versa.

High Protein Diet with adverse effect to kidney is oftentimes a subject of interest among Nutrition Experts, and how it could affect the health of training athletes. A general knowledge based on everything that goes beyond the norm of conduct, or abuse, turns to negative effects resulting in damage. Isolated pre-existing cases on weak kidney function among ‘strength exercising’ male or female athletes or even non-athletic individuals could be a big concern.  However, athletes with strong kidney, free from any pre-existing conditions or malfunctions, adverse effect on the use of High Protein Diet by fact is unthinkable.
